Urgent Complaint Regarding Misleading Advertisement and Unfair Charges

I was enticed by Spotify's advertisement that promised a free three-month trial subscription. However, upon opting to pay via Google Play, I was unjustly charged for an additional month. This misleading advertisement has caused me significant frustration and inconvenience.

When I sought a refund, both Spotify and Google Play engaged in a blame game, each directing me to the other party without taking any responsibility. It is evident that neither party has made any effort to communicate with the other to resolve this issue. Instead, they have chosen to shirk their responsibilities, leaving the customer to waste a considerable amount of time trying to get this matter resolved.

This situation is unacceptable and is a direct result of the issues within Spotify and Google Play's systems. I demand that Spotify take immediate action to refund the extra charges and address this misleading advertisement to prevent future occurrences.
