We can't find our Duo Mix playlist.

My Boyfriend and I are trying to set up our Duo Mix playlist and we cannot figure out how to subscribe to it. I am the account manager and I have already sent him a new invitation. I have done a clean re-install on my phone and his. I have tried incognito mode and we just cannot seem to find the playlist through the recommended options. We have both been Spotify users for a while and we got this Duo Premium account for the Duo Playlist so that we could have a good playlist of things we both like. Are there any fixes to this?

In order to better assist you, please let us know what's the issue you're having to invite your boyfriend to the Duo Mix. Are you getting any error message or getting stuck at some step?

If you can share with us some screenshots displaying the issue, they will come in handy.
