Thanks for reaching out. I'll try to help you out.

 

Did you buy the card in your country? If so, make sure your account settings match your current country. You can check your Spotify country settings in your account page. If this didn't do the trick, I'd recommend you send an email to paysafecard's customer service explaining your issue, they should be able to solve it. You can learn how to reach out to them here.

Just jumping in to let you folks now that we're currently investigating an Ongoing Issue preventing users from successfully paying with PaySafecard. If this persists after following @Jose_M's suggestions, you can check out this thread add your vote by clicking on the +VOTE button. Make sure you follow the steps under Status Update as well. 

 

It'll also be useful to Subscribe via the three-dots menu in the top right corner next to the title. That'll make sure you stay up to date with any relevant updates about this.
