Unfortunately, you haven't provided much detail, and I couldn't find the specific offer you mentioned. So, I'll share some general information about most offers.

 

Most Premium Individual offers are only available to users who have never had Premium before. If you've previously subscribed to any Premium plan, you're not eligible for the offer.

 

If you were charged, it might indicate you weren't eligible, which is understandably frustrating.

I have been using Spotify for 3 years with multiple subscriptions, and I'm a loyal user. I'm wondering why I'm not eligible for the 4-month offer for 59/- that is showing everywhere!

As stated on https://spotify.com/premium, this offer is, unfortunately, only available to users who haven't tried Premium before.

Now the money is also deduced and not able to use premium. pls help me to solve the issue.
