Why am i not premium

Why am i not premium

I've checked my subscribtion and yes it says premium but in the app it says that i'm not premium and it keeps reminding me to go premium. Pls help me

Welcome to the community. I hope you're having a good day!

 

If you're sure that you are on premium, it's possible that you're logged in on a different account. Try logging out and log back in. This happened to me too. I didn't know that I had another account I created through Facebook. Just make sure you're on the right account.

If this is happening on your app only, try a clean reinstall of Spotify to see if this fixes the problem:

I had the same problem even clearning cache in my Android app. My fix was to go to Spotify.com and log in there, then there was an option somewhere to "log out of devices everywhere", since the Android app had no log out option.

Found it. Spotify web player, then hit your profile picture, view account, then at the bottom "sign out everywhere". After that, I launched my Android app and it asked me to log in again and it was premium after that.
