My Question or Issue

 I have been charge three times in my bank account for my Spotify Preminum. 

On the 1st of Dec, I got an email notice me that the payment wasn't successful and they will try again. But the money in my bank account went through. I got charged in my bank account twice on the 1st of Dec.

Then again, today 4th Dec, I got charged again. I called my bank to check and they said that the money already went through. Thus, my bank account was charged three times this month for my account.

I already check if anyone using my account with my payment info but apparently noone does. 

What can I do to solve this? And how can I get my money back?

We recommend you check out this page and go through the steps. Since you mention you've been paying double, make sure to read through the 'Paying more than once a month' section. These steps should definitely help you out.

I already check and went through all of the steps in the mentioned post and it seems like nothing went wrong. I didn't subcribe/upgrade for any other service as well as I have been checking that there's no other users using my payment infomation. I didn't go oversea or did anything differently than the other months?

Could there be other option/solution which is better to find out the problem?

Thanks for confirming all of this. That seems strange, can you double check for us if the charges came from Spotify or maybe another company?

 

Are you using the Student Discount? In that case, it'd be good to check if these charges show as pending instead of completed 🙂

It’s so confusing. I called my bank earlier today and they confirmed that I had two transactions on the 1st Dec, both went to Spotify and today (4th Dec) I found my accound was charge for one more transaction with Spotify as else, so there are three transactions in total. 

And No, I don’t use Student Discount. My account has been working fine. It only happens this month.

It looks like you've already checked most things, and spoken to the bank. In this case, it's better if you turn to our support team who will be able to have a closer look. You can find them here
