Why i don't have premium mini for a day anymore?

Hey there @helenaindri,

 

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. 

 

Keep in mind that if you paid for a day of Premium Mini and that day has already finished, it's expected your account will revert to free. 

 

If you've just paid but can't see the Premium features, we'd suggest logging out and back in a couple of times to sync your account info.

I think they might be asking about how they can't get the premium mini anymore.

I'm also having a similar issue where it would tell me "Sorry, you are not eligible for that plan. Here are some other ways to get Premium."

 

It would also give me two options for premium mini, but both of them are only for the one week option

We can confirm that we will no longer offer the daily option of Premium Mini in some markets.

 

We really appreciate the time you took to let us know about this. We know you’d like to make this as an opportunity for Spotify to become an incredible app.

I am experiencing an issue where I have purchased the mini premium but it isn't working on the account, and the same will end on 14 December. It would be appreciated if the Spotify team looked into this matter and gave me 7 additional days of premium as compensation, as by the time this post is read, my plan will already be over...
