Why is it still showing Spotify free plan in the app when I pay for premium

Why is it still showing Spotify free plan in the app when I pay for premium

I have changed my card details and it still saying in on Spotify free

Hi, welcome to the Community!

 

I guess it's possible that you are logged into the wrong account and that's why it's saying Free. My first suggestion is that you go to the account page to double check the correct username and email address of your Premium account. 

 

Then, logout on your phone and log back in, making sure to use the correct login details. Then everything should work 🙂
