Why is my bill higher this month

My Question or Issue

 I am billed every month 4.99, now all of a sudden I have been billed 9.99? I don’t understand.. my student subscription wasn’t finished..

This means your student subscription has been deactivated. If you are still in school, contact your school and make sure all of well. Alternatively, if you are a resident of Norway, your prices will now be higher due to the price increase in Norway.

The Student Discount is only valid for up to 12 months. This means that you have to re-apply every 12 months in order to keep your discount. You can read more about this here.
