My Question or Issue

 I've been paying premium spotify for students every month for about a year, and as soon as I've finished each year, I've upgraded my student status. Despite this the last charge was the full price of spotify (€ 9.99) instead of the discounted price. On the website it tells me that my student status is valid, so my question is: can I get back the extra money I have been charged?

It's wise to apply for another year of discount before the 13th charge takes place. You might be eligible for a refund though. Take a look at this page for more info. You'll get in touch with support and they should be able to find out if you have successfully re-applied for another year 🙂
