My Question or Issue

Hi I have been trying to get spotify premium 2 months free for valentines but every time I enter my information, I get the message saying "Your payment method and country don't match." even though my debit card is from Canada and so is my account when I checked.

Double-check that you enter the details correctly, particularly the 3-digit number on the back of your card (the CVV/CVC security code).

  • Check your card is enabled for foreign, secure online, and recurring purchases. You can contact your bank or credit company to check.
  • Check you have sufficient funds. If you’re using a pre-paid card, you might need to top up.
  • Your bank might request that 
  • There is more about that theme you can finde more .. But chek evry thing twice.

My card doesn't seem to have a cvv. Not sure where else I can find it.

In this case, I'd recommend reaching out to your card issuer.

 

You can also try it in another browser, on another device, or while connected to a different internet connection. I also recommend checking that your country setting is set correctly.
