My Question or Issue

I Ieft Vodafone on the 22nd January however my premium account is still tied to them! (as below image shows).

I contacted Vodafone several times and each time they told me my account is closed and not connected to Spotify and should speak to you if I have any issues.

So what can Spofity do to allow my account to be changed? My partner is on Premium Duo and wishes to invite me however he cant because it says my account is linked to Vodafone.

Consequently my music the past couple of days has stopped playing correctly on my devices. I've freed up plenty of storage space on my phone but tracks stop playing after 10-20 seconds.

I'm getting a little frustrated as just want to listen to my music but I'm currently unable to until this issue is resolved and Id rather not create a new account if I don't need to!

Please could someone look into this as a matter of urgency.

Thanks,

Rachel

Hey @RachelSomething ,

Thanks for coming to the Community.

Since your subscription is through Vodafone, you'll need to reach out to them. Only they are able to cancel the subscription.

I understand that they are saying that your account is closed and not connected to Spotify, but if that actually were the case, you wouldn't see what you see on your screenshot.

Hope this helps! 🙂
