accidentally payed twice

I accidentally payed twice for my individual premium subscription I don't have a second account, can I have a refund?

In this type of case, we'd first recommend checking this article out as it has the most common scenarios for this issue to see if your case fits in any of them.

 

If you still have questions about your subscription, since we cannot access users’ accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can check the payments and help you further.
