attempted to sign up for student discount, got charged when I never actually made an account

My primary spotify account is attached to the email [redacted]. I assumed I needed a college e-mail to get the discount so that's what I put into the sheerID thing manually ([redacted],) but I ended up just buying premium for an account that doesn't exist, I guess.

I was charged $4.99 at 3:40 P.M. on 10/3/2017, I would like it back so I can buy something to eat with it. Thanks!
