about to finish free trial period. want to update to duo package. app tells me sorry you atr not eligible for that plan. here are some other ways to get premium.

how can i overcome this to sign up for duo?

I am trying to add the Duo Plan to my recent trial subscription for Individual and clicking on the link offer in the email I’m getting this error message:

"Sorry, you are not eligible for that plan. Here are some other ways to get Premium“

Has this been fixed since October? I’d like to add duo and take advantage

My trial ends in 2 days and I will then be charged for Premium Individual. I'm trying to change to Premium Duo. It is listed, but it tells me I am unable to change plans.

Thanks for reaching out!
Cancelling your trial and subscribing to Premium Duo at your convenience would be one way to go but keep in mind that, even if you get charged for Premium Individual after your trial ends, you'd still be able to change your subscription to Premium Duo. You won't have to pay twice for the subscription; your next payment date will get moved forward instead 🙂
