change premium plans

ive changed two premium plans from duo to family and now i want to go back to duo but cant

Hey!

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Spotify Community.

If you're the plan manager...

1. Go to your account page.
2. Under Manage your plan, click Change plan.
3. Choose the Duo plan.

Your plan will be updated on your next billing schedule. You’ll be charged your new plan price on the day that the credit for your old plan runs out.

If you're a member of the plan, you need to cancel before you can switch. Find more info here.
