changed countries cannot update my family payment option

changed countries cannot update my family payment option

Hi all, 

 

I moved from the US to The Netherlands and I tried to update my payment method and to include the new Dutch credit card. However, I am not able to do so. Can you help me sort this out? 

 

I tried different ways of changing countries in my preferences and then updating the payment, but somehow my country is always locked for changes and shows only the US. I use Family Subscription.
