charged 5 times and premium is still not working.

I tried to sign up for Spotify Premium on a student discount but as I tried signing up I was charged 4 more times. The payments say pending on my bank statement. Is there any way I can be reimbursed for the extra 4 payments?

Hey @valerezk!

That can definitely be frustrating. Did you get an email with a confirmation number of any orders? That confirmation would be the only one that went through and would be the account that would show premium features.

Well I actually had a free account and then I wanted to swtich over to a Student Account but do I have to switch to a regular Premium Account first before I am able to get a Student Account?
