My Question or Issue

I asked KPN, a partner of Spotify, to stop my Premium I have via them so I can subscripe for Spotiy Family. They ended Premium but in my account there is still "Premium" and for that reason I cannot subscripe for Family...

Hey @f-xji_dcpdtu,

 

The Premium subscription via the partner is not 'terminated' immediately. It has a payment date, and you'll need to wait until that date.

 

On that day, your account will revert back to Free. You can try reaching out to KPN and ask them what date it is, but I'm not certain if they see this info.

KPN says it is already ended and that I have  to wait till Spotify changes it. It had been 2 days now but I will wait a couple of days.
