My Question or Issue

I'm trying to join a family premium account through the invite link and it's telling me I can only join one every year. 

this is my original family premium plan and I only joined a different one last month because of payment issues. 

I'm trying to join back and it isn't allowing me in

Thanks for reaching out.

It is correct that you can only switch plans once every 12 months. You can always the plan you've been a member of most recently 🙂

This means that you'll, unfortunately, have to wait 12 months from the date you joined the other plan until you'll be able to join your original plan again.
