To start investigating this case, since the error could be related to the network connection, would you mind checking with a different or stronger network connection to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot with strong signal to test it. 

Also, you can try it from an incognito window, another browser or even a different device, making sure you’re using your own account to subscribe.

Lastly and if the issue persists, we'd recommend trying with a different payment method.
