i bought premium individual accidentally but immediately cancelled and switched to duo, they charged me for individual so can i ask for a refund???

When upgrading from Premium Individual to Premium Duo, your remaining Individual time will be converted into Duo time. Due to the price difference, this can bring your next payment date slightly forward 🙂
