modo aleatorio con subscripción premiun

Hola . Mi mujer y yo tenemos una cuenta premium duo y resulta que tanto en mi ipad como en mi teléfono android al darle al play a mis listas y albunes se reproduce la música en modo aleatorio, simn embargo en el ordenador no es así. ¿por qué ocurre eso si estamos con cuenta de pago? VHe vuelto a Spotify después de un año en Tidal porque me parecía que las app de spotify son mejores, pero esto me va a hacer pensar lo contrario. ¿hay alguna solución?

I agree with you, @alexlavapies.

 

Spotify is often testing and launching improvements and new features. So I guess this one might be changed in the future if they realize it's the best option.

I hope you don't mind if I reply in English.

 

My first suggestion is that you double check if you're logged in the correct accounts.

 

If so, make sure "shuffle" is disabled on those devices.

Same account in the computer, android phone and ipad. Shuffle is disabled

Hi @alexlavapies,

 

On mobile devices the play button on the top of albums and playlists activates the shuffle mode play.

 

If you tap the first song (or any other) to start playing, the order will be the one on the list (and not shuffle).

 

Please try this and let me know if it works!

Ys, I know it, but before it wasn't that way, and it doesn't make sense that by default you have to use the shuffle mode...it´s suck. I might go back to Tidal or Qobuz.
