my husband has died. we had premium duo- i need to change it to premium

my husband has died. we had premium duo- i need to change it to premium

had premium duo and husband was plan manager but i pay the direct debit and want to change it to just premium

Thanks for coming to the Community. I'm sorry to hear this, in this case, I'd recommend reaching out to Spotify's Customer Support team here. They should be able to cancel the Duo subscription and help you change your plan to Premium Individual.
