paused subscription for now but charged

Hi Goodmorning

My account was charged still though the premium was paused already.

i received confirmation trough email, last October 30 2017, that my account was paused due to payment issue, however based on my E- Statement of Account > I've been charge for Month of October, why we have this issue? can you please check?
