premium for students

I tried to get the spotify premium discount for students, but it did not could not confirm that I am a student. I go to DePaul University, how can i get the discount?

You can sing up easily for Premium for Students by visiting this page. I'd recommend reading the "Questions" section at the bottom of the page.

I already tried to sign up and it says, “Unfortunately, we couldn’t confirm that you’re a student. Please check your details and try again.” All my details are correct, and none of the questions answer this.

Sorry, just to make sure, do you follow the requirements for the plan?
You have to be a student enrolled at a US Title IV accredited college or university and above the age of 18.

Are You Using Your Institute Provided Email Adrees? Example: <name<@<school Url>

Go ahead and try giving this Manual Verification link a try. Sometimes manually verifying that you are a student could solve the problem you are having.
