My Question or Issue

  I have used the promotion that provides 0.99TL for the first 3 months and upgraded to the premium account. Accourding to my bank account, spotify charged me. However, premium status was not activated yet. Please solve the issue

I have a similar issue.

I already have Free Spotify working fine on my 2 Windows PCs, and I've just bought 3 months usage of Premiium. I've had the Sporify and Paypal confirmation emails, and my one and only Spotify account now correctly shows Premium status.

But the Spotify apps on my Windows PC both still are at Free status. If I hit the Upgrade button at this point, I'm invited to pay again!

So the account and apps are not communicating with each other.
