premium not showing

premium not showing

On June 26 2019 I signed up for 3 months of premium for 0.99 cents. This expires tomorrow and I want to cancel premium before I automatically get charged $9.99/month starting tomorrow (September 26 2019). I went on my account and it says that I am a Spotify Free member even though I never cancelled premium. Does anyone know how this happened? I paid the 0.99 cents but do not have the premium status. I just want to make sure I don't get charged tomorrow.

Hey there!

Based off what you're saying it sounds like you don't have premium and won't be charged, however you get in contact with Spotify support and they can check out your account 'backstage'! The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. Or you can contact the support team using the online contact form and email them at support@spotify.com

I was charged the 99 cents in June and it said I was a premium member then, but all of a sudden it went away. If that makes sense.
