"Something went wrong" but card still charged

My Question or Issue

I tried to sign up for Premium. After I put in my card info, it said "something went wrong." my card was still charged though, so I input all my info correctly and it wasn't denied. It charged my card 3 times!

 

Yet I still don't have Premium.

Had the same issue today, seems like there's something wrong on Spotify's side...

It did the same thing to me and still didn’t get my premium all I ever use is Spotify with all my music so it’s really bugging me 054183E7-F364-402E-ACC9-815546EAF1A8.png
