still charge of payment

hello

 

on Mei I al ready stop subcribtion for my account " P102B2AF01 ", but the bill still charge me until this month, how can that happen,, I can't contact any your Indonesian services or official account, and there is no phone number, can you help me please.

I don't have any screen shot about my account, because I already delete it, 

 

but I just know that number for my credit card payment 

 

its " P102B2AF01 "

 

AND my email its " *snip* "
