stolen paiement method

HI,

Unfortunately my visacard got stolen, I immediately blocked it. But I didn´t receive a new one yet because of the holidays and the slow postal service. The notification on my Spotify account keeps popping up that I only have 2 days to renew my CC details before Premium shuts down. I would really be heart broken if I loose all my precious music. is there a chance to make for once a bank transfer or any other payment solution until I receive a new CC?

Hey @charlinevdm,

On the website, you might be able to change your payment method. If no other payment method is available and you won't get a new card within 2 days, then your account will revert to the Free service and all offline music will be removed from your device(s).

The removal of offline music does not affect your playlists, saved music etc.x
