I want to make a payment, but it looks like the web is in error, because it says "unable to connect, please check your settings or try again later" and the 'Retry' button below it. even though my connection is fine, there is no problem.

I recommend giving it a try...

  1. in a different browser
  2. on a different device
  3. while using a different internet connection
