Just wanted to let you know that we have removed the payment reference number from your post for security reasons.
Also, we could see on the screenshot you had shared that the P1-number for your regular PEN and the USD payment are identical, which means that there has been only one charge. You can check your receipts page to see all your payments.
We'd suggest you reach out to your bank for more info regarding the two charges on your statement.

3 months free Premium trial offer is only for new subscribers. If you've tried a trial in the past and used Premium service, then this might be the reason why you got charged on the first place. It's worth mentioning that when the Free trial period expires, the system takes the first monthly payment automatically from the payment method you registered in your subscription.
With that in mind, we'd suggest that you take a look at your Receipts page. There you should be able to see all your charges and check if you've been charged for a certain month.
It's also possible that you have another account with us and that you might be paying for this account. If that's the case - head here to find more steps for locating your other account. Once you've located it, you can cancel the subscription by following the steps in this article.
On another note, it'd also be a good idea to check if your family or friends have used your payment info to pay for their Spotify subscription. If that's the case, they should cancel or change their payment method and reimburse you.

If you're being charged for Spotify, then there could be an account still linked to your payment details. We'd recommend going to your Account Overview page and checking if you have an active subscription. Or you can check if you have more than one account on Spotify by following these specific steps. If you find the account you're being charged for, you can cancel the subscription by following the steps here.
