three months promotion at 9.99€ not applied!

I signed up for the premium subscription on June 30, 2020 the day before the promotion of 9.99 € for three months expired, instead both in July and now in August I was charged the full amount of 9.99 € per month. I have never previously used a premium membership and therefore I don't understand why the promotion is not applied!

Please help me figure out how to apply for the promotion, possible they don't have a decent customer service? it's insane!
