My Question or Issue

I upgraded my premium account to a premium duo and invited my wife. She was able to accept the invite and created her own account. My issue is that anytime she is playing music on her account, it doesn't allow me to play music on my account and vice versa. It acts as though it's a single account. We have both tried logging out and back in and this does not resolve the issue. It happens on our Xbox as well, which she is the only account to have signed in on it.

Hey there @Sapperski,

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community!

Sorry for the delayed response, we just came across this thread. Could you let us know if you’re still having troubles with this?

If you are, it's a good to take a look here and make sure that your wife has successfully joined your Duo plan.

She can also check the status of her subscription with the steps here and if it appears as Premium, she'll need to check the email address registered on that account and use it to log in on her devices.

Keep us in the loop here.
