undue charge, in a free 3-month promotion, spotify charged $ 90.00 on the first day of a free account .... Ebanx Spotify is charging directly from my credit card. I shouldn't have trusted my credit card with Ebanx Spotify

Thanks for reaching out to us. This doesn't sound right at all and we'll do our best to help you solve this.

If you start a trial and you're eligible for it, you won't be charged directly. Spotify needs your card info to confirm your country and allow you to continue your subscription after the trial.

If you see a Spotify charge a few times on your bank statement it's possible that it a pending charge.
