Why do I have an additional charge for Value added tax? During the autorenewal of my spotify premium, the spotify notified me that I don't have sufficient fund in my globe account even though I have a Php130.00 load. So I bought another 20 peso load just to check and when I updated my payment method I was charge another php15. 48 aside from 129.00 autorenewal fee and it says there that its for Value added Tax. But none of your help topics says about this. People should be atleast informed or notified about the changes in the payment terms. Please help

This is the official response from Spotify.

Spotify charges ₱ 129 for the monthly subscription. That VAT is charged by Globe. If they want clarification on these charges, then direct these to Global here.
