Spotify charges an account only once per month. We'd suggest that you take a look at your Receipts page. There you should be able to see all your charges and check if you've been charged for a certain month.
Keep in mind that it's possible you've had some failed payments on your account for the past few months, and the system was able to take the payments with a certain delay.
Lastly, you might have another account with us and that you might be paying for this account. If that's the case - head here to find more steps for locating your other account. Once you've located it, you can cancel the subscription by following the steps in this article.
On another note, it'd also be a good idea to check if your family or friends have used your payment info to pay for their Spotify subscription. If that's the case, they should cancel or change their payment method and reimburse you.

I have the same issue - two charges - in my opinions for one familiy account. Thanks for the answers in advance.
Me too. I just realized that Spotify charged me twice this month. What i find really unacceptable is that there is not even an email or telephone where to call and get this issue sorted out.

tengo una cuenta duo que si reconozco y se hace el cobro a mi tarjeta por la cantidad de 169 cada mes; me llega otro cobro de Spotify de 129 al mes a mi cuenta, pero yo no reconozco ninguna otra cuenta y no se ese pago con que usuario esté enlazado, AYUDA!!!

haii. saya telah berlangganan dengan spotify cukup lama, akan tetapi bulan ini dompet elektronik saya juga kekurangan dana untuk membayar spotify saya, setelah dompet elektronik sudah terisi, secara otomatis spotify menarik dana untuk berlangganana saya dan dana tersebut sudah terpotong di dompet saya, akan tetapi akun premium yang berlangganan belum masuk dengan pemberitahuan diakun spotify saya pembayaran gagal, dan beberapa hari kemudian spotify ingin menarik dana di dompet eletronik saya kembali walaupun gagal, bagaimana hal ini bisa terjadi?

I had a spotify individual subscription which I recently canceled because the last 2 months spotify withdrew the payment from my bank account but the app said that it failed so I had to pay twice. I thought it was an occasional mistake when it happened the first time so I didn't really mind it I just paid the second time but it happened again so I canceled the subscription. I'm quite disappointed with spotify about this tbh.
So basically i had premium spotify with me, but heres the problem, my bill normally will charged me every 17th each month, but THIS MONTH is actually FIRST TIME spotify charged me unknowingly 1st November 2024 around 09:07am (malaysia time zone) and i thought at first its just early payment, but unexpectedly, spotify CHARGES me again at 17th November 2024 12:29 pm (malaysia time zone) this is unacceptable, i didnt even cross platform my account to other people, why i was charged TWICE? WHAT AND WHICH DEVICES WAS CHARGED ON 1ST NOV? REFUND MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE U MAKE ME HEART ATTACK WHEN MAXIS STATEMENT CAME WITH THAT MUCH I HAD TO PAY, crazy
