why i'm getting charge if i'm supposed to have 2 months free trial?

My Question or Issue

I actived my premium plan starting november and the promo I got in the moment was two months spotify free, I supposed to get my first payment on January, why I'm receiving a e-mail saying my payment failed, why i'm getting charge if my trial period hasn't been finish yet??

Thanks for the post.

 

I checked with our sources backstage and there hasn't been a promotional campaign in Colombia in the recent months offering a 2 months for free Premium trial. 

 

There has been a 3 month free trial for Premium Individual new users and another campaign offering 3 months of Premium individual for the price of one, for users who've previously had Premium but have cancelled. Note that if you're signing up for any other Premium plan, like Premium Family/ Duo you won't be able to benefit from such extended trial offers.

 

When subscribing to Spotify Premium you should have received an email, stating when your next billing date would be. You can check you Spam/ Junk folder for that one, just to make sure that it states that your next billing date should be in January.
