Add release date on playlists

Add release date on playlists

Id like to see the Release Date on all playlists as a viewable and sortable column instead of Date Added as this gives the impression that all music added to playlists such as New Music Friday UK is new, when the majority of it infact is not. Im not sure how these playlsits are making them appear this way but its something most big playlists are guilty of and its quite frustrating when your just trying to find the newest stuff or the oldest stuff on a given playlist.

I'd like to add to this. It would be great if there was a column selector on the playlist grid. I'd switch date added (largely irrelevant) with original release date.

I would love this to the 25deg. Many computer systems have file explorers that allow you to customize the column header. Really I could never you every imagine a computer that was not organized. I would rather have too much information and filter it down to the want or requested than have hunt and peck for eons.

Maybe call it a playlist explorer?

- I would like to filter my e.g. "liked songs" by release date; e.g. show me all 80's songs from my playlist.

- same for genre; show me jazz from playlist.

there is frustrating little additional information in list view avaiable
