Added songs not showing on my followers playlist

I have a playlist name: Timmy49

and i have 2 followers. I’ve add more songs to the playlist but when i check the playlist on my followers accounts it is not showing any of new songs that i have added. 
I have try to unfollow the playlist and follow it again but it doesn’t work.

You can ask the users who can't see your playlist changes after the new additions to run a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on their devices. This makes sure they get the latest app version including all necessary updates. They can follow the steps here on how to perform it.   

In case the clean reinstall doesn't help, let them try if they can see the updated playlist when logging in to a different Spotify account. This will let us know if this issue might be account-related.
