My Question or Issue

I just made a new playlist on the Desktop App (1.2.40.599.g606b7f29). Usually, when I open the the Android App (8.9.50.552), it has the new playlist in the library within a minute or so. This time it doesn't show up in the Android App at all. It still properly appears in the library on the Desktop App where I created it. Both devices have functioning internet access, obviously. What's going on?

Hey there @Creature667,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome. 

 

We suggest you log out and log in twice in a row onto your Spotify account. This could sound a little bit odd, but this way the system will force a resync of your account in general.
 

If the above doesn't do the trick, just to confirm, does the same happen if you create a playlist from the web player?

 

Lastly, we'd like to confirm, are you having issues while using Connect as other users mentioned here? It'd be awesome if you could check.

Logging in twice in a row didn't work for me. I didn't try creating one from web player. I don't use Connect AFAIK. I was able to see my playlists only after deleting data (didn't work deleting cache only) for Spotify app, and logging in again.
