App keeps deleting downloaded songs.

My Question or Issue

Hi! 

It’s been approximately a year since my spotify has been deleting songs even though they’re downloaded. At first I thought it was my old phone and I didn’t payed mind to it, as it failed a little. 

Recently I got a new phone, an iPhone 12 Pro but I’ve had the same issue it happens every time I close the app, and when I open it again, it re-downloads songs. This issue only happens on my phone, as I have the app downloaded on my Mac and it’s never happened there.

In the photo I shared it shows what happens when I re-open the app, it always shows a similar amount of songs to download and the process usually takes a long time.
