My Question or Issue

My 2020 Top songs playlist isn't available. I have listened to thousands of songs this year, but nothing appears in 2020 wrapped section or uniquely yours section. I have this problem on all of my devices. I also have the latest version of Spotify on my phone.

Would you mind sending us a screenshot of the email you got about your 2020 Wrapped? Make sure to mask any private information. 

 

Additionally, could you let us know if you've been able to see your Wrapped 2020 Stories?

Sure, I've put screenshot of the email in attachments.

Also I didn't have access to stories either. I remember I could see them last year, but this year, nothing is showing up.

Hey, I looked at the issue thread you mentioned, and sadly it looks like my problem won't be fixed, and I should "hope" that I'll have the wrapped playlist next year. That really sucks tho.
