My Question or Issue

There's an artist I'm not following that's showing in my library.  I don't like ANY of their songs or albums and tried following and unfollowing them and they still show up.

Thanks for the post.

 

Can you let us know if you can see "Chuckie" on all your devices?

 

If that's the case we'd recommend Logging out Everywhere and running a clean reinstall of the app on all devices. Make sure you clear your cache. This will remove songs downloaded for offline listening.

 

We recommend these steps as there could be issues with the cache on one of your devices.

 

Keep us posted on how you get on.

To start assisting you we'd like to have more insights about this. In which section is this artist showing, on your Recently Played, Liked songs, Albums? 

 

It would be helpful if you could send us some screenshots. 

 

Lastly, please share with us the link to this artists profile so we can review it.

If you go to "Your Library", click on Artists, this artist "Chuckie" is showing

 I actually tried all of the steps, including a brand new install on a new computer.

Could you check if you can see the artist while you're logged in to your account on your phone and then click on Recently Played in the top right corner?
