Artists followed on Windows App don't show up as followed on Android App, and vise versa. Is there any way to solve this?

Thanks for getting in touch with us 🙂

 

It's a good idea to restart the devices and then to log out and log back in again. If that doesn't do the trick, you can give these steps a go and run a clean reinstall. That way you can make sure the app is up-to-date and the cache is not causing any issues.

 

We'd suggest you also try with another account on the same devices. Are there any changes?
