Attitude from support people is shocking!

I got an email today with a topic "Notice under Spotify Terms and Conditions of Use" and some vague text about violation of the Terms.

Then I noticed that my playlist was removed from Spotify - it is only available for me but other followers can't see it.

Do you know how can I get some explanation about that??

The email does not indicate what the issue is, and three "customer agents" closed an online chat i was having with them about it.   I have tweeted / message the @spotifycares with exactly the same response.  They cant provide details on the breach!

This is the email i received.  As you can see no detail is given on the breach or what is causing it.  This is the second time i have created the playlist, and the second time it has subsequently breached terms.  This playlist is shared to a couple of friends.

Got the exact same problem. Spotify customer service is atrocious, they closed my conversations without a single warning too.
