Can I delete podcasts that have been deleted that continue to appear?

I was following some podcasts. But, some of them were deleted! Still, they are visible to me in the library (no image or content), I try to delete, but the only option that is available is to do is to pin (or not) the podcast. How can I solve this problem?
(I also cleared the cache and it didn't work)
( happening in ios app and Windows version)

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Have you tried performing a clean reinstall of the app as described here?  If this didn't bring any change, could you post screenshots of what you're seeing on your end? This'll help us a lot.

Does this happen with a different account on your devices?

I'm having the same problem here. I reinstalled the app on my iPhone, it helped. But it didn't work for the web version and app version on my M1 MacBook. I tried logging out, reinstalling and restarting my MacBook, but it was not working.

Thanks for the reply. How long has this been going on for? If you don't follow/pin a specific podcast and keep listening to other podcasts and content, it should go away from the home screen eventually.

It's has been happening for more than 6 months now. I couldn't unfollow or unpin the channel because the account and content is deleted by spotify or the creator themselves. This is not on the home screen of spotify app where it recommends podcasts or where the poscasts appear after listening to it. It happens in the library, where my playlists are. So listening to other podcasts doesn't move them around and disappear after that.

 I can't unpin it and I can't remove it here in Your Library. When I tap into it, it just shows couldn't find that page. And it is very annoying to have it there all the time.
