Thanks for the question!

For the time being at least there is no such option. You can, however, leave an idea on the forum about it if you feel strongly that this should be a feature within the app. See how the Spotify Idea Exchange works for more details here.

In the meantime though, your best workaround would be to open your playlists on a desktop device via the app and to Ctrl+A them (to select all songs within a playlist) and copy them to a new one.
