Can’t download anymore songs

My Question or Issue

I have only downloaded 30 songs and when I want to download more it says I have reached the maximum number of downloads and I know that up to 10,000 tracks can be downloaded so I wonder why it’s telling me that

Hey @AiSH5, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

If you're still having trouble, can you let me know the make and model of the device you're experiencing this on?

I tried the clean reinstall and I thought it working out well but the moment it hit 30 songs it said maximum number of downloads reached

Thanks for the reply! Can you let me know if this only happens on your phone, or if it happens on your other devices as well Also, can you let me know if this happens with any playlists or albums or if it only happens on a specific one? 
 

If possible, can you send me a screenshot of the error message you're getting? That way I can get a closer look at this. Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
